MARKETING assistant Rhiannon Hayes is an enthusiastic individual ideally suited to her role at Eventura – a complete technology service provider.
For managing director Chris Houghton it has been a joy to watch her develop and is convinced she has the talent and motivation to be highly successful.
As well as working full-time at Eventura, Rhiannon, aged 20, is studying for a business management (BA Hons) degree part-time at the University of Bolton.
It was a course she started before landing her job at Eventura, demonstrating impressive personal commitment.
“Rhiannon is a dedicated and ambitious individual who has the benefit of the organisation at heart,” said Mr Houghton. “In a short space of time, she has become accustomed to the IT industry and working in a business-to-business provider environment.
“She has contributed to numerous projects, including the creation of a new brochure, case studies, the design of a new website and has taken the task of networking in her stride, always presenting the company in a professional manner.”
Rhiannon meanwhile has been bowled over to be shortlisted for the award.
She said: “I am utterly thrilled to be shortlisted for the Young Person in Business award, and grateful to Eventura for giving me the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally.
“It is a pleasure to work for such a forward thinking company that takes pride in the development and achievements of all team members.”
