THE future looks bright for eco-technology specialist Bri-Tek — suppliers and distributors of high-quality, ultra low-energy LED lighting.
Although Bri-Tek’s main location is Edgefold, it also runs a marketing studio in Deane Road, Bolton.
As well as the company being shortlisted for this award, Bri-Tek’s knack of bringing simple, innovative and commercially viable solutions to the market place has led to it being shortlisted for an RBS Innovation Award.
Mohamed Hanslod, chief executive, is now aiming to increase the workforce of 12 while focusing on the commercial and industrial sectors and is looking also to expand overseas.
“The market is absolutely right for innovation and Bri-Tek is taking full advantage of it,” he said.
“All Bri-Tek’s growth has been offline, but we are currently looking to sustainably increase our presence in the online market.”
Meanwhile, Mr Hanslod has just completed the Goldman Sachs 10k Business Development and Growth training course.
“We have grown exponentially in a slow economic climate,” he Mr said. “We are delighted to be shortlisted and for the effort and achievements of the employees of the company to be highlighted.
“Although Bri-Tek is local, the ambition of the company is global. We want to continue to build our brand by supplying quality, affordable, eco-technology and accessories.
“We are a trusted brand which develops and brings game-changing products to the market place.”
