CUSTOMER excellence are not only the watchwords for a thriving Horwich company but the hallmarks of its success, Comply at Work Ltd operates as a health and safety consultancy and training company.
The business, established in 2004 by director Sue Scott, has a growing client base, built largely on recommendations and referrals, testaments to its ethos of excellent customer service embedded in all its operations.
Comply at Work Ltd in Mason Street, now boasts 11 associate consultants and five associate trainers. Sue started the business part-time, working from home while holding down a part-time position as a health and safety adviser in the public sector.
Initially, her clients were sourced from helping a local insurance broker with its own customers who required assistance in putting adequate health and safety procedures in place.
Comply at Work Ltd has a growing portfolio of satisfied clients, including sole traders, SMEs and larger organisations across a range of industries which have benefited from her advice, guidance and training programmes.
Sue, who is also principal consultant/trainer, recently became an accredited assessor for the Contractor Health and Safety Assessment Scheme, assessing companies from all over the UK and ensuring high standards of health and safety are evidenced in the procurement process.
Commenting on the fact Comply at Work Ltd has been shortlisted for the customer excellence category, Sue said: “To win this award would be the icing on the cake following our unstinting hard work to provide services that always exceed our customers’ expectations.”
