HELEN Flanagan has revealed that she keeps herself toned thanks to (literally) getting on her bike.
The actress and glamour model, from Sharples, joined forces with Cyclescheme's Cycle to Work Day to cycle to a photoshoot last Thursday.
New research has revealed a correlation between cycling to work and career progression.
Helen said: "Cycling helps keep my legs, bum and tum in shape so I love to fit it in where I can — it keeps me feeling sexy.
"I cycled to a shoot not only to support Cycle to Work Day, but because I get a great buzz from cycling.
"It helps me focus and keeps me smiling for the shoot, not to mention a last minute tone up before I get in front of the camera.
Cycling helps keep my legs, bum and tum in shape so I love to fit it in where I can, it keeps me feeling sexy. So why would I bother taking a taxi when I can get a little workout going on?"
