A LANDLORD has been fined a total of £14,563 by Bolton magistrates after breaching Housing Act regulations.
Philip Dean, aged 70, of Hill Farm, Ravensdale Road, Lostock, pleaded guilty to the offences.
They included failing to comply with an improvement notice to install central heating to five flats in a property at Chorley Old Road or provide electricity or gas installation reports.
Magistrates also ordered Dean to pay £1,443 prosecution costs and a £120 victim surcharge.
