A MAN has appeared in court charged with assaulting a woman in Bolton.
Julian Rebelo, aged 31, of Mellor Street, Bolton, is accused of an assault occasioning actual bodily harm on August 27.
Rebelo will appear in Bolton Crown Court on September 19.
