A BLACKROD man has been charged with voyeurism after he was allegedly caught filming up a shop assistant’s skirt.
The man, aged 50, was seen dropping a pair of shoes next to a young woman in the footwear section of TK Maxx in Manchester city centre on Tuesday, August 26 at 3.35pm.
After bending down next to the victim, he is believed to have taken pictures or videos up her skirt using a mobile phone.
Security staff at the Market Street shop captured the incident on CCTV and detained him until police arrived.
After confiscating his phone he was arrested and charged with voyeurism, and is on bail until February 4, 2015.
