TRAFFIC lights in Bolton town centre were broken for about four hours yesterday.
The lights, at the junction on Topp Way which leads to St George’s Road and Marsden Road, stopped working at about 7am, following an electrical fault with a controller.
However, by 11am the traffic lights had been repaired.
