A BOY has appeared in court after attacking a bus driver.
The 15-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, assaulted Rafal Jakrzewski on a bus in Radcliffe on July 28.
He appeared before Bury magistrates on July 31 and, at a further hearing on Thursday, was given a four-month detention and training order.
According to court documents, magistrates said the offence was serious because it was “serious abuse of a bus driver while he was doing his job and it took place in a very public place”.
