A DRIVER has been given six penalty points after he was caught behind the wheel with no insurance.
Richard Tambe, aged 47, of Castlecroft Avenue, Blackrod, admitted the offence, which took place on Manchester Road, Blackrod on January 14. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a £10 victim surcharge and had his licence endorsed by Bolton magistrates.
