A TEENAGER was allegedly raped by a 25-year-old, a court heard.
Aram Karimi of Gilnow Road, Bolton, is alleged to have raped an 18-year-old girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, in a Bolton home on August 8 last year.
Nick Kennedy, prosecuting, said the alleged victim admits they had consensual sex more than once, but said she was raped on that date.
Mr Kennedy said: “The pain was really bad she was crying out, water in her eyes, she was in so much pain.
“She told him to stop but he didn’t. She kept saying stop but he didn’t stop and listen.
“Afterwards he said he was sorry and said ‘don’t tell anyone’. She couldn’t cope with the pain.”
Guy Mathiseon, defending Karimi at Bolton Crown Court, said the complainant was “infatuated” with the defendant, despite not knowing him for many days and barely being able to speak to him because of Karimi’s broken English.
Karimi denies rape.
The case continues.
