A TAKEAWAY worker will stand trial after being charged with failing to comply with a catalogue of hygiene requirements.
Samina Mohammed, of Camborne Street, Manchester, aged 22, appeared at Bolton Magistrates Court on Monday to face 34 charges relating to Al Noor takeaway in Newport Street, Bolton.
The allegations include failing to ensure wash basins for cleaning hands were provided, supply of hot water, it is claimed fittings and equipment were not cleaned effectively and chicken unfit for human consumption was allegedly placed on the market.
Mohammed has admitted some of the charges but she will stand trial for the remaining charges.
Magistrates adjourned Mohammed’s trial until January 20 at Bolton Magistrates Court next year as she is due to give birth in November.
