A HORWICH business is helping firms support deaf people in the workplace.
Ruthy Fletcher, who is deaf, runs her own consultancy and has been teaching deaf awareness training and sign language for six weeks at The Castlefield Hotel in Manchester.
Shane Giles, hotel manager, said: “The staff really enjoyed learning sign language and found the course to be a very enlightening experience.”
