BOLTON magistrates have fined a driver £450 after he committed several motoring offences.
James Wolfendale, aged 21, of Broadway, Farnworth, pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention and failing to stop after an accident as well as driving without a licence or insurance.
The court heard he had been driving a Vauxhall Corsa in Tennyson Road, Farnworth, on New Year’s Day.
He was also ordered to pay £35 prosecution costs and a £21 victim surcharge.
