A WOMAN who stole fishing equipment and power tools from a shed has been sentenced to a three-month curfew by Bolton magistrates.
Katherine Kay, aged 41, of Manchester Road, Clifton, had denied breaking into the shed on Manchester Road, Kearsley on March 17 and taking the tools, but she was found guilty.
She admitted separate charges of failing to surrender to court.
Kay will be electronically tagged and must remain at home between 7pm and 7am.
She was also ordered to pay £250 prosecution costs and a £60 victim surcharge.
