A THIEF who refused to provide a sample for drug testing after being arrested has been sentenced to a community order by Bolton magistrates.
Lindsay Mann, aged 25, of Rogerstead, Bolton, had denied stealing an iphone on November 28 but was found guilty.
She admitted failing to provide the drug test sample and failing to surrender to court.
She was sentenced to supervision by the probation service for 12 months and to undertake 12 women’s activity sessions.
The court ordered that she also pay £100 prosecution costs and a £60 victim surcharge.
