A THIEF who stole a cash box from a launderette has been sentenced to a 12-week curfew by Bolton magistrates.
Wesley Chamberlain, aged 26, of Varley Road, Deane, pleaded guilty to taking the box and its £120 contents, from Munchies Launderette on February 23 and to stealing a mobile phone worth £150 three days later.
He also admitted failing to surrender to court.
He will be subject to a daily 7pm to 7am curfew, was ordered to have treatment for drug addiction and must pay £120 compensation.
