MAGISTRATES have sentenced a man to a three-month curfew after he admitted a string of motoring offences.
Daniel Hart, aged 24, of New Drake Green, Daisy Hill, pleaded guilty at Bolton Magistrates’ Court to taking a Vauxhall Tigra without consent, driving it while over the alcohol limit on Oakhurst Grove, Westhoughton, and without a licence or insurance on March 6.
He also admitted damaging fixtures and fittings, worth £291, at a property on the same day.
The curfew will run daily from 7pm to 7am.
He was banned from holding a licence for 18 months and he was ordered to pay £85 prosecution costs and a £60 victim surcharge.
A restraining order was also made prohibiting Hart from entering Oakhurst Grove, Westhoughton.
