A DRIVER who failed to stop after colliding with a street light and wall on Winchester Way, Breightmet, on November 2 last year, has been fined by Bolton magistrates.
Jonathon Heap, aged 20, of Winchester Way, pleaded guilty to committing the offence and also driving the VW Golf without having either insurance or holding a driving licence.
He was fined £190 and ordered to pay £35 prosecution costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
