A BLACKROD farm is looking to install four new floodlights around a horse exercise area after it was initially refused permission in September.
The owners of Sibbering Farm in Half Acre Lane are now proposing that the 14ft floodlights be retractable and will only operate three nights a week between 5.30 and 6.30.
Officers are recommending that councillors approve the application at the next planning meeting.
