BOLTON-based bid-management and procurement specialists, Thornton & Lowe, has enjoyed a stellar year, thanks to its ambitious expansion strategy, and supporting clients from the UK and internationally on more than £37 billion worth of funding.
With the financial landscape and procurement legislation changing, Thornton & Lowe, in Higher Bridge Street has been guiding both small and blue-chip clients through the tender minefield, giving them the opportunity to access funds, as well as making sure their submission is one step ahead of the competition.
