TENNIS starlet Josh Banks continued to serve notice of his fledgling talent at a Lawn Tennis Association national Talent Identification day at Bolton Arena.
The 10-year-old Blackrod boy was among 55 of the most promising youngsters in the country whose abilities were monitored at the event.
Josh currently receives support from the Aegon Future Star programme, having impressed on the previous Talent ID programme.
He will now attend a further Talent ID day in summer where his progress will again be assessed to determine whether he will continue to receive support.
The Blackrod Primary School pupil, who trains at the Arena’s Tennis Academy, said: “I come to the Bolton Arena quite a lot but I was quite excited about coming for the Talent ID. I enjoy seeing how I get on compared to the other players.”
