SAM Ricketts has been called up for Wales’ World Cup double-header against Scotland and Croatia but there is no place for Craig Davies.
The full-back is set to add to his 46 international caps in the forthcoming games at Hampden Park and Swansea’s Liberty Stadium.
But striker Davies – who was called up to Chris Coleman’s squad for their friendly with Austria last month – has been excluded in favour of Norwich City’s Steve Morison.
Chung-Yong Lee is due to travel to Seoul for an exhibition match against Syria next week, followed by South Korea’s qualifier with Qatar.
Adam Bogdan is also pencilled in for international action with Hungary, providing he is given the all-clear by the Wanderers medics after his recent groin problem.
But the keeper will be playing in front of an empty stadium against Romania on Friday after the Court of Arbitration for Sport refused to allow the temporary suspension of a FIFA sanction. In January Hungary were ordered to play the Group D match behind closed doors after supporters had chanted anti-Semitic abuse.
Bogdan is also due to face Turkey in Istanbul three days later.
