GUS Poyet reckons Wanderers are a top-six side in waiting.

The Brighton boss brings his side to the Reebok for the first time this afternoon looking to stretch the gap they currently hold on the play-off chasing pack.

But the Uruguayan – whose side are unbeaten in seven games – is anticipating a thorough examination against a team going through their own purple patch.

“It’s going to be a difficult game, like playing against a team that should be in the top six with players (good enough) to be in the top six, no doubt,” he said.

“The quantity and quality of players they have is incredible. They have got everything, they are playing at home, they are winning, so it’s going to be one of the most difficult games of the season.

“Saying that, it’s a great game for us. You are always looking at the big teams and Bolton are one of the big teams in the division.”
