FAMOUS faces are taking part in a charity dancing blockbuster tonight.
Harwood resident and former Manchester United footballer, Gary Neville, and former Strictly Come Dancing judge Arlene Phillips, from Prestwich, will be on the judging panel at the inaugural Dancing With United event.
Celebrities taking part in the dance spectacular, in aid of the Manchester United Foundation, include Bury actress Lisa Riley, Coronation Street actor Antony Cotton, also from Bury, and former Bolton Wanderers player Fabrice Muamba. Lisa said: “Taking on the challenge of learning to dance has been amazing for me so I’m really thrilled to be taking part in this event, which will be a brilliant night whilst raising lots of money for a fantastic charity. ”
All proceeds will go to the Manchester United Foundation, which gives football coaching and skills training to young people in disadvantaged areas.
Tickets cost from £150. For more information or to book, call James Lester on 0161 8688444 or e mail james.lester@mufoundation.org.
