In loving memory of Gary Mark Slack, who passed away peacefully at home on 19.09.2024 after a long illness bravely fought. A funeral service to remember and celebrate his life will be held at Overdale West Chapel, on Thursday 3rd October at 2pm leaving from Howarth's funeral Services Farnworth at 1.30 then onto The Lodge at The Regent Park golf centre, Links road Lostock Bolton. He will be deeply missed by his partner Tracy, Daughters Marie and Gemma, Grandsons Dante and Rico, Brothers Chris, Ernie and sister Hazel, all his Nieces and Nephews, Son of the late Hazel Slack and all who loved him.
