LEVER Philip James Phil It is with great sadness to announce that Philip (Phil) passed away peacefully at the Christie hospital on Thursday May 23rd aged 68 after a long illness. He will be greatly missed by both family and friends. His funeral is at Overdale on June 11th at 11-15 in the East Chapel. Family flowers only thank you.
