SNAPE Kate Peacefully at Royal Bolton Hospital on 8th May 2024. Kate, aged 75 years. Loving wife of Michael, Devoted Mother to Jennifer and Caroline, adored Nana to Chloë and Beatrix and a caring friend to many. A service will take place at Horwich Parish Church on Friday 24th May at 13:00 followed by a private family committal. Family flowers only by request please.
