HOGAN Patricia Passed away peacefully on 18th March 2024 at Hyde Lea Dementia Residential Care Home. Pat aged 86, was the beloved wife of Tommy and much loved mum of Alan, Karen, Tracy, John and Michael. A dear mother-in-law to Mandy, Paul, Derrick, Marcheta and Johanne. Loving grandma to Max, Michael, Sinead, Conor, Alisha, Lucas, Cara, Joshua, Sophie, Darren and Stacey as well as a caring great-grandma. Pat was much loved by all and will be missed by all her family, friends and Hyde Lea carers. The funeral service will take place at 10am on 9th April 2024 at Thomas of Canterbury Church, Lonsdale Road, Bolton, BL1 4PN, followed by a ceremony at Overdale Crematorium at 11:15am. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Pat will be sent to Hyde Lea Dementia Residential Care Home.
