SHARROCKS Harold William On the 7th January 2024 peacefully in hospital with his family by his side. Harold aged 87, beloved husband of the late Berenice, dearly loved dad of Steven and Julie, grandad to Matthew and Erin and great-grandad of Theo. Also a dear father-in-law, uncle and a good friend and neighbour to many. Harold will be sadly missed and loved forever. The funeral service will take place on Monday 29th January 2024 in Overdale Crematorium at 11:00am. Family flowers only please. Donations if so desired in memory of Harold can be made c/o of the family to Bolton Hospice. All enquiries to the Co-op Funeralcare, Farnworth & Walkden, Tel 573280

My sincere condolences to Steven and Julie on the loss of their dad. Uncle Harold was possibly the most gentle and kind man that I have known. After my father died in 1988 he took on a supportive role and made the utmost effort to keep me up to date with the family news and events. He remembered every birthday and Christmas and embraced my children with his thoughtfulness. Keegan and Bonnie remember him fondly and agree with me that his gentle spirit will be greatly missed. He was a great man. Until we meet again Uncle Harold x
