SPENCER Mr Anthony Noel MBE and Honorary Alderman known as Noel Passed away suddenly on 5th October 2023, aged 84 years. A dearly loved dad to Lee, Karl, Kathleen and Laura, a loving grandad, great-grandad and friend to many. Funeral and committal to take place on Thursday 9th November at 12.30pm at Our Lady of Lourdes Plodder Lane, followed by committal at Overdale Crematorium West Chapel at 2pm. GOODBYE UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN MY FRIEND. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR ASSISTANCE OVE THE 50 YEARS WE HAPPILY KNEW EACH OF YOURSELF YOUR WIFE AND YOUR CHILDREN. YOU HAVE BEEN A FAITHFUL GOD-SEND TO BOLTON COUNCIL AND MOREOVER A VALUABLE ASSET TO THE FARNWORTH AREA. I'LL MISS YOUR FUNNY COMMENTS WHEN CASUALLY MEETING WHERE-EVER IN BOLTON OUR DOWN THE MOOR IN FARNWORTH. GO WITH GOD MY WONDERFUL FRIEND SLEEP WELL LOVE FROM MY WIFE JENNIFER AND ALL MY CHILDREN.
