HIGSON Joseph (Joe) Passed away peacefully in Royal Bolton Hospital on 20th September 2023, aged 87 years. Joe was a Councillor in Smithills during the 90's and 00's. Beloved husband of the late Barbara, loving dad of Julian and Adrian and daughters in law Claire and Emily, grandad to Oscar, Pat, Matty, Wilf, Maeve and Ben. The funeral service and committal to take place on Thursday 19th October 2023 in Overdale Crematorium West Chapel at 12noon. All enquiries to Relphs Funeralcare. 01204 523488.
