HEWITT Penelope Ann CBE Aged 91, passed away peacefully at hospital on Thursday 7th September 2023, with her family by her side. Adored wife of the late Peter Hewitt and much loved mother, granny, great-granny, also a loving sister, mother-in-law, auntie and a good friend to many. The funeral service will take place at Christ Church, Heaton, Bolton, BL1 5AH on Monday 25th September 2023 at 1.00pm followed by a committal in Overdale Crematorium, East Chapel at 2.15pm Family flowers only please, and donations in memory of Penelope to NSPCC.
