WARREN Hazel Aged 77 Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 5th September 2023 at Astley Grange Care Home. Beloved mum to Sarah, devoted grandma to Archie and Frank. And a great friend to many. She will be sorely missed. The Funeral service will take place at Overdale Crematorium, in the West chapel on Wednesday 20th September at 1pm Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Hazel can be made payable to the Bolton Hospice.
