ASPINALL James "Jim" Aged 79, died on 13 Feb. in a nursing home after suffering a brain tumour. He was born in Faraday St. Halliwell before moving to Westhoughton. where he spent his working life at the Metal Box Factory. He was a devoted husband for 51 yrs to Irene (nee Hayden) and a dearly loved father of Jane and her husband Simon and a proud grandad of Thomas. He will be deeply missed by his sister-in-law Susan and her husband Keith. He spent his life helping others and will be sorely missed. Funeral private. All enquiries to 0161 747 2818.
