THRELFALL Darren On August 5 2022, peacefully at home, Darren aged 51 years. Dearly loved husband of Bernadette, loving dad of Hayden and Gabriella, loving son of June and the late Des and dear brother to Anne, Julie and Glenn. Funeral Service at St. Bartholomew's Church, Westhoughton on Friday September 9 at 11.00am followed by committal at Howe Bridge Crematorium, Atherton at 12.00 noon. Family flowers only please. Donations are being taken for 'Directions for Men' and 'Winston's Wish', please make cheques payable to the charity. Don’t think of him as gone away
his journey’s just begun,
life holds so many facets
this earth is only one.
Just think of him as resting
from the sorrows and the tears
in a place of warmth and comfort
where there are no days and years.
Think how he must be wishing
that we could know today
how nothing but our sadness
can really pass away.
And think of him as living
in the hearts of those he touched…
for nothing loved is ever lost
and he was loved so much.
