FRANKS Lawrence On 6th February 2022, Lawrence aged 87 years, loving Husband to Doreen, beloved dad to John, loving father in law to Lesley. Devoted grandad of Stephanie, George and Lorraine. Cherished Great grandad of Aurora, Freya and Thomas. Lawrence will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service will take place on Friday 25th February at Our Lady of Lourdes R/C Church at 2:00pm followed by committal at Overdale Crematorium, East Chapel at 3:15pm. As his younger brother (by around 2 yrs) I remember how he always protecred me against any attempted bullying. He usually referred to me as "our kid." We had our disagreements and occasional fights, but were always pals afterwards. As we moved into adulthood we remained friends but saw less of each other later due to living in different towns. He had a good sense of humour and will be very much missed. Good luck, Lawrence, wherever you may now be. Bill
