SYLVESTER MERLYN JONES (DAISY) The family of the late Sylvester Merlyn Jones (Daisy) would like to express our thanks for your prayers, cards, messages of condolence and support. A special thanks must go to Canon Roger Petch, Reader Emeritus John Sloan and the team from the Church of Saint Thomas, Halliwell; to Doctor Swann and colleagues at Lever Chambers; the District Nurses from Waterside; Liz and Hilary, the Marie Curie sitters; all Daisy's neighbours and friends for their support that kept her going over the years and to Ashanti, Scott and Sharon, without whose technical knowledge the service would not have been as available as it was.
