SHEILA HOWARD The family of the late Sheila Howard wish to thank Relatives, Friends and Neighbours, Dr M Choksi and staff at Swan Lane Medical Centre. Also Bolton Ambulance service, Ward D1 and C2 at The Royal Bolton Hospital, Laburnum Lodge care home for their kindness and care given to Sheila. Special Thanks to the Reverend. C Lawrence and Pastor S Snowden for the lovely Church service, Also Many thanks to Zara and Staff at Shaw's Funeralcare.
