JOHN BAXENDALE (Jack) The family of the late Jack Baxendale wish to thank everyone for all the messages of sympathy and support we have received which have been a great comfort. Thank you also to Rev'd Hilary Howarth for the lovely service. Also, we are grateful for all the help from carers, nurses, doctors and various agencies who attended during the last few months. Finally, thankyou to Shaws for their caring service and for all the kind donations to Cancer Research UK.
