ANNIE HOLT Nee BURKE Paula and Vanessa would like to thank all family and friends, doctors and staff of C2 Ward Royal Bolton Hospital and anyone who cared for her. Also special thanks to father Richard Aspden of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church and to Westhoughton Funeral Services for their professional services (donations to Heart Research) The day is here, with sad regret, the day, the hour i will never forget.
