GEOFFREY WAINE The family of the late Geoffrey wish to sincerely thank all relatives, friends and neighbours and the many organisations too numerous to mention individually for their kindness, expressions of sympathy, attendance at church and Overdale and for the donations received in their sad bereavement. We also wish to thank Reverend D Griffiths and Dr I Delamore for their comforting service, staff at Royal Bolton Hospital for their care and The Livesey Funeral Service for all their arrangements.
