AGNES ALICE PARKINSON The family of the late Agnes wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours and Reverend Terence Hargreaves-Stead for kindness, expressions of sympathy, letters and cards of condolence and donations received in their sad loss. Special thanks also to Susan, Debbie and Barbara, doctors, nurses and staff at Peter House Surgery and RBH, district nurses, Marie Curie nurses, CRG and First Call carers. Also Nicole and Stuart (Macmillan nurses) and the Palliative Care Therapy Team.
