DAVID JONES Barbara and the family of the late David would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours, Reverend Stephen Fletcher for his comforting thanksgiving service, the staff at both Bolton Hospice and Royal Bolton Hospital and former work colleagues for their kindness, expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence and donations received in their sad bereavement .
