DAVID KENNEDY The family of the late David would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their cards of condolence, messages of support, attendance at the funeral and donations to Motor Neurone Disease Association. Special thanks to the Doctors and Nurses who cared so well for David and to Jane Boast for conducting the service. Finally to Mark and staff at Howarth's Funeral Service for their professionalism.
