DAVID GORE The family of the late Dave wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours and Rev Bob Horrocks for kindness, expressions of sympathy, letters and cards of condolence and beautiful floral tributes received in their sad loss. Special thanks to doctors and staff on the ICU and HDU wards at Royal Bolton Hospital for their care of Dave.
