ARTHUR HUGH GREEN Winnie, Jim and Val would like to thank relatives and friends for their cards and messages of condolence on Arthur’s death. Thanks go to the district nurses and carers, a special thanks to Dr Ian Hamer for his care and compassion. Thank you also to Reverend Stephen Fletcher, Reverend Kim Lafferty, David Hawes, Richard Fairclough and the Horwich Parish Church Choir. Thank you also Livesey Funeral Service for their guidance through the arrangements.
