BARBARA MITCHELL (nee Hodgkinson) The family of Barbara would like to say thank you to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their support, kind words, expressions of sympathy, flowers and donations to Bolton Hospice during our sad loss. No words can express our appreciation of the Doctors and Nursing Staff at Royal Bolton Hospital, Bolton hospice and also District Nurses for their dedication, skilled care and comfort provided. Special thanks to Reverend Roger Petch and Christ Church, Heaton for a superb service, to all the staff of Shaw & Son Funeral Directors and to John and Pat at MultiCopy Printers
