TRAVEL companies are among the few hoping England do not make it through to the next round of the World Cup.
The Co-operative Travel says that England’s last World Cup exit to Portugal on penalties led to a surge in holiday bookings.
And they reckon if England go out this week, fed up fans will try and cheer themselves up with a holiday.
An estimated 15,000 extra bookings will be made, worth more than £10 million.
