A DEVELOPER has been given the go-ahead to build a taller house in Ladybridge.
Chelmere Homes won approval, on appeal, to build three new houses on the site of a former house off Junction Road in 2006 and they are now being built.
The firm's application to Bolton Council's planning committee to increase the height of one of the houses by two feet was approved.
